History
of PRS:
Pipe Rite Systems was established in 1993 to perform various services,
which were needed by companies in the Greater Bay area.
Our 2400-foot shop is fully equipped to rebuild steam joints as
well as fabricate and weld various parts for our customers. ¼
- 4” threading equipment, air compressors, plasma cutting
as well as burning equipment.
We are fully qualified and certified in pipe welding and structural
steel welding. Our services include the installation of steam and
condensate systems, rotary joints, siphons, steam traps, coils,
tank installation and removal, insulation of all types, as well
as piping of copper, black and galvanized to various specifications.
Pipe Rite has since 1993 provided a variety of services including
piping and welding to the City of Santa Clara and all of their Co-generation
facilities. Our satisfied customers would also include all the paper
mills in the Bay Area such as California Paperboard, Jefferson Smurfit,
Newark Sierra, Georgia Pacific, Inland Container and International
Paper prior to their closing.
Pipe Rite Systems has provided specialized steam work as well as
consultation to various major hospitals including Santa Teresa Kaiser
Permanente, San Jose Medical Center, Alexian Brothers and Good Samaritan.
Pipe Rite Systems has been a part of NASA Ames at Moffett Field
doing various welding and cutting jobs. Our structural welding includes
Wilson’s Leather in Santa Clara, and the construction of two
bridges for the County of Santa Clara and San Mateo County. Several
local general contractors including but not limited to Lowery Construction
and Santa Clara Steel have utilized our services in various capacities.
Pipe Rite Systems is an innovative and rapidly growing company
which has built a reputation of performing safe quality work as
well as giving special attention to our customers. Pipe Rite Systems
